The stealing continues unabated

Labour slipped this little gem under the radar screen with all the fuss over the stupid waterfront stadium.

The Government's operating surplus for the three months to September 30 was $1.864 billion, $407 million above forecast on the back of a higher tax take and gains from investments.

What about taking more than is needed as a description of their unabated thievery.
