Do the decent thing, resign say the Doctors

The Laboratory Saga is set to claim some scalps this week, although the Prime minister this morning on NewsTalkZB tried to obfuscate the issue.

Meanwhile the Association of Salaried Medical Specialists executive director Ian Powell yesterday called for Auckland DHB chairman Wayne Brown and deputy chairman Ross Keenan to "do the decent thing" after the High Court threw out a contract awarding the region's medical testing to Australian newcomers Labtests.

He went further to suggest hopeless Minister Pete Hodgson should push them if they don't jump.

As evidence mounts of Wayne Brown's and Ross keenan's involvement in this whole debacle the government will be faced with little option other than to toss them aside.
