Maharey being bolshie

Instead of apologising for his unsavoury remarks about Botswana, Steve Maharey has gone on the attack.

He is reported to be frothing at the mouth and demanding an apology from State mouthpiece Radio New Zealand after comments on his remarks by Sean Plunkett.

He has even threatened that if an apology was not forthcoming he would go the board.

Oh dear, oh dear is the minister about to break the law?…probably, he is a Labour Minister after all, you see were he to approach the board it would be a breach of the Broadcasting Act, which prohibits ministers from getting involved in operational matters.

Sean Plunkett should have known better, thou must not criticise the politburo.?
