The Herald explores ACT's decision to play leap frog and concludes that desperate times call for desperate measures. The polls however tell the tale of the success or otherwise of the grat leapfrog plan.

His conclusions are almost the same as mine. No doubt the more rabid of the ACToids will go over there and slag him off with actually debating the merits of the discussion.?
