Looks like Peachey was right

Adviser put on school board after low passes – 24 Jan 2008 – NZ Herald: New Zealand National news

During the last election campaign the leftists were leading a song and dance for Allan Peachey's head because apparently he was maligning a good school.

Well that "good" school has just had an advisor appointed to it too many students were failing – and the school didn't know how bad the problem was.

How then did Allan Peachey know there was a problem when the school didn't even know it?

It seems that local parents are well aware of the failings of Selwyn College having in rather large numbers voted with their feet.
