This battle is headed to court surely

Canadian airport bid nearly there – 14 Mar 2008 – NZ Herald: New Zealand National news

Almost 63% of shareholders want to sell their AIAL shares to the Canadians. Why?

Good point, perhaps because of the Prime Minister’s “personal” comments and the Finance Minister’s brazen poll driven law changes tanking the share value making the Canadian bid the best game in town.

Now the two dipshit ministers, Land Information Minister David Parker and Associate Finance Minister Clayton Cosgrove will make a show of being independent and reject the bid, then it all head to court, where no doubt the Canadian’s will win.

Meanwhile our own pension fund, the one set up by Cullen, busily invests overseas in other countries airports.
