Prime Minister or Toady, your choice

The difference between a Labour party and a Labor party i.e. a party preying on the blue collar worker (NZ) and one that represent blue collar workers and those they feel to be oppressed.

Now I dislike Rudd but at least the man puts his country first.

When Helen Clark assures us she had a word and yet produces no evidence to support her assertions she had such a word about Tibet, which given her penchant for lying, simply cannot believed. Contrast Rudd with Clark and there is a huge difference, lets look at what a real Prime Minister says about Tibet;

Kevin Rudd’s blunt message to China over Tibet | The Courier-Mail

“But we also believe it is necessary to recognise there are significant human rights problems in Tibet. The current situation in Tibet is of concern to Australians.”

Rudd: I will defend national interest | The Australian

I’m saying it in plain Mandarin: fix Tibet – World – smh.com.au

and now what our corrupt suck ups that will do anything to stay in power have to say;

Cullen enters Peters ‘bullshit’ row – 10 Apr 2008 – New Zealand’s trade deal with China

John Minto: PM’s backsliding delivers a raw deal – 10 Apr 2008 – NZ Herald: New Zealand National news

Trade pact is front page news – 09 Apr 2008 – NZ Herald: New Zealand National news
The last paragraph of NZ Herald article really says it all.

None of the media mentioned Prime Minister Helen Clark raising concerns about China’s human rights record or recent events in Tibet.

Now I am as shocked as you to find that I agree with Kevin Rudd, if anyone was going to be a toady to the Chinese I would have picked him. He has said bluntly and in China no less something Clark is too timid to even let reporters say for her.
