Tonight at midnight we will see just how successful the Pcific Forum has been following the diplomatic lines of Australia and New Zealand with regard to Fiji.

I doubt that Frank Bainimarama will even lose a minutes sleep tonight worrying about being chucked out of the Pacific Forum.

Meanwhile China will continue to pour money into Fiji further seperating Fiji from the rest of the Pacific.

The sad thing is that this could have all been avoided with some sensible discussion instead of lecturing and posturing. In a few years time we will wonder just what went wrong as China extends its co-properity sphere across other Pacific Nations.
