Subject to ridicule

John Hartevelt rightly castigates National for cut/pasting press releases. But the biggest laugh was this comment from Trevor Mallard:

Labour’s campaign chair Trevor Mallard said any ”fill in the blanks” type press statements were ”subject to ridicule”.

”It’s a sign of both laziness and also disrespects the electorate on the part of the candidate,” Mallard said.

Is this the same Trevor Mallard that sent out an email telling party faithful not to discuss the details about capital gains tax because they are boring and in the very same email suggest lines for repeating over social media channels. The same lines that the Labour faithful dutifully repeated lazily across Twitter and Facebook.

Yes, it is the same Trevor Mallard. How?disrespectful?of the electorate, how lazy, totally subject to ridicule, inept even.
