The school where some students are more equal than others

These days we are told to “tolerate” all kind of things. We live in an equal society yet we are forced to tolerate inequality for politically correct reasons which are actually racist. The politically correct do not hold certain cultures to the same standards as our western culture. In a nutshell, they expect less of them which is an inherently racist viewpoint. They do not value equality under the law and demand exceptions for those they consider incapable of functioning as our equals.

Now our world has regressed to the point where biological boys and girls are being told that their rights are not as equal as the rights of boys and girls who are transgender.

How would your daughter feel if she had to get changed in front of a biological boy. Imagine the situation. Her in her bra and undies being watched by a boy with a bare chest and an obvious bulge in his underpants. I won’t mince words, teenage boys do not have total control of their erections at that age. Even sitting in the sun can create one so what are the odds of one accidentally getting an erection when in the same room as your daughter in her bra and undies? Should your daughter have to tolerate that? Is it fair or equitable to force her into that situation?

How would you feel if your son had to get changed in front of a biological girl? Imagine the situation. Him with a bare chest and an obvious bulge in his underpants being watched by a girl in her bra and undies. How humiliating and embarrassing for him if he developed an erection. Doesn’t he deserve privacy when he is changing?

A Pennsylvania high school student filed a lawsuit Tuesday against his school district after he was forced to share a locker room with a transgender boy.

The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff, ?Joel Doe,? suffered immense embarrassment when a transgender student changed in front of him, reports CBS Philly.

?Joel Doe experienced immediate confusion, embarrassment, humiliation, and loss of dignity upon finding himself in this circumstance,? the lawsuit maintains.

Doe was in the middle of changing into his P.E. clothes when he spotted the transgender boy student in her bra and shorts. The student was still in the middle of transitioning from female to male, Kellie Fiedorek of the Alliance Defending Freedom, explained.

Doe tried to discuss the incident with school officials, but they brushed it aside and told him to ?tolerate? the situation, ?the groups representing Doe said.

?It?s an egregious violation for the school to just brush off these students and tell them that their feelings don?t matter and to make it ?as natural as they possibly can?,? Attorney Randall Wengner with the Independence Law Center said.
The Alliance Defending Freedom and the Independence Law Center are representing Doe and his parents as they sue the school district for sexual harassment and violation of privacy.

?Our laws and customs have long recognized that we shouldn?t have to undress in front of persons of the opposite sex,? Fiedorek said. ?But now some schools are bullying our children into giving up their rights even though, in this case, Pennsylvania law requires schools to have separate facilities on the basis of sex.?

The Boyertown Area School District said they had received a demand letter from the groups and are reviewing the situation with their legal counsel.

It is only because President Trump has rescinded Obama’s transgender bathroom law that it has been made possible for students to fight for their right to privacy. Ironically they are now using the exact same arguments previously used by transgenders to gain them access to bathrooms that do not match their biological gender to now demand that bathrooms be for only one biological gender like they were before Obama’s Presidency.

Making the whole situation even more ridiculous is that instead of suggesting that the minority have their own separate bathroom the director of the Gay Lesbian and Straight Education network expects the majority to be forced to use a separate bathroom for the crime of feeling uncomfortable. Before Obama the majority had their own bathroom, it was called the girls and the boys!

Eliza Byard, executive director of Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network, said the situation could have easily been resolved without a lawsuit had the school made the necessary arrangements for the student who feels uneasy. Byard said the school could have let “Joel Doe” use single occupancy or staff bathrooms and locker rooms.

“The existence of a transgender person living their life appropriately at school cannot constitute sexual harassment,” Byard said. “It might make another student uncomfortable and in that case, there is a common sense legal remedy of providing separate accommodations to the student who feels uncomfortable.”
