Vote 1: Rockspider?

Caption: Beauty may be skin-deep, but creepy runs all the way through.

I recently described the disturbing push to normalise paedophilia that is re-emerging in the festering corners of the left. But, just to prove that there is no rock these spiders won?t crawl out from, along comes Nathan Larson. Quote: ran this headline on June 1: ?Candidate for Congress wants to legalize incest.? Yes, ?Nathan Larson, an accountant who lives in Fauquier County [VA], thinks it’s okay for adults to have sex with children. A survivor of child sex abuse says Larson is a predator who should be locked up ? not elected to high office.?

A widely-shared article from May 31 on the Huffington Post carried this headline: ?Congressional Candidate In Virginia Admits He?s A Pedophile.?

To make things even worse, he also ?bragged in website posts about raping his late ex-wife.? Indeed, ?In a phone call, Larson confirmed that he created the now-defunct websites and – chat rooms that served as gathering places for pedophiles and violence-minded misogynists like himself.?

And he admitted there was a ?grain of truth? in an essay he wrote ?about father-daughter incest and another about raping his ex-wife repeatedly.? End of quote.

Sounds like a stand-up guy.

In my recent article, I berated the left for the hypocrisy of loudly condemning clerical abuse (as everyone should), but keeping shtumm about the festering kiddy-diddling movement in their own ranks. So, should the right be owning ? and condemning ? Larson?

On the surface, it appears that Larson is some kind of misbegotten creature of the right: white supremacist (actual white supremacist, as opposed to the fantasy ?white supremacists? of the media-left), misogynist, ?incel? sympathiser, and so on. He first ran for office as an Anarcho-Capitalist.

But, on the other hand, Larson shills for a raft of positions which would be right at home on the left: legalising cannabis, ending support for Israel, euthanasia, and so on. Quote:

In Larson?s own words, ?A lot of people are tired of political correctness and being constrained by it. People prefer when there?s an outsider who doesn?t have anything to lose and is willing to say what?s on a lot of people?s minds.? End of quote.

Which is uneasily like the reason many people say they supported Trump.

So, what to make of this degenerate rockspider?

The truth appears to be that Larson is a warped monstrosity, hawking his strange hatreds under a banner of ?libertarianism?. It?s a strange kind of libertarian, though, who advocates relegating selected groups of human beings to the status of property.

More than anything, he just seems to desperately crave attention: a perennial candidate in Virginia, where he receives a bare 2% of the vote.

What Larson seems to really want is abolishing the state so that he can pursue his creepy paraphilias without getting arrested.

But the fact remains that, rightly or wrongly, Larson is going to be perceived to be on the right. After all, the media-left can?t tell the difference between a classical liberal, a libertarian and a fascist. Anyone who isn?t a bog-standard leftist is blanket-labeled ?far right?.

In fact, none other than the lefty SJW brains-trusts at The Young Turks have already tried to pin Larson onto the political right and explicitly linked him to Trump. Because, of course, they did.

Just as a principled few on the left are trying to repudiate the new push to normalise paedophilia in their ranks, should the right do the same with Larson?

Well, that depends.

Larson is a fringe weirdo who seems to thrive on attention and outrage. Many on the rainbow left respond that the pro-paedophilia movement is similar fringe weirdos. To be fair, there is some small justification in that, but the sad fact is that they are rapidly becoming less and less fringe, and slouching stealthily towards the centre. So much so, that they cannot be ignored any longer: hoping they would go away is only playing into their crawling, clammy hands.

For the moment, the likes of Nathan Larson are merely lurking on the extremities of the fringe. For the moment. Don?t give the creep any unwanted publicity, but keep a vigilant watch. Quote:

My counsel to each of you is simple. Stay outraged. Stay revulsed. Stay shocked. End of quote.

As I wrote before: no matter which side of politics you?re on, kiddy-fiddlers should never be welcome.
