Left-wing bully throwing stones in his glass house

Caption: No matter how they try, they just can’t cuck the Tuck.

Doxxing and online harassment campaigns have become the stock-in-trade for the bullying left. Like gimlet-eyed Stalinist commissars, the vicious inquisitors of ?progressivism? are ever-eager to sniff out the slightest whiff of heresy, and ruthlessly destroy their luckless targets. As someone I interviewed recently said, ?they?ll find anything they can and go after you like a pack of hyenas?.

Of course, these pack-hunters only succeed because media companies and politicians are too gutless, too often. Every time a celebrity or politician issues a grovelling apology for some innocuous remark, the cry-bullies notch up another victory. But Tucker Carlson is no easy pushover.

Especially when the self-rigtheous bully trying to take him down has more than a few skeletons rattling in his own closet. Quote:

Media Matters President Angelo Carusone, who is leading a campaign to boycott Fox News host Tucker Carlson for insensitive speech, has a history of his own.

As the Daily Caller pointed out Tuesday…Carusone wrote a series of blog posts in 2015 in which he denigrated ?trannies,? ?Japs,? ?jewry,? and Bangladeshis. He also defended alleged sexual abuse of young girls.

In a November 2005 post, Carusone defended a male basketball coach in Japan who had allegedly sexually and physically abused his female players?[he] advised the ?Japs? to ?lighten up.?

?In a post the same day, titled ?Tranny Paradise,? Carusone wrote about a Bangladeshi man who was robbed by ?a gang of transvestites.? He took issue with the notion that a transgender person could be described as ?attractive?.

?Did you notice the word attractive? What the fuck is that doing in there? Is the writer a tranny lover too?,? he said.

Carusone then took a racial turn, disparaging the the victim in the incident for being Bangladeshi.

?Look man, we don?t need to know whether or not they were attractive. The fucking guy was Bangladeshi,? Carusone wrote. ?And while we?re out, what the hell was he doing with $7,300 worth of stuff. The guy?s Banladeshi!? End of quote.

Naturally no leftist rant is complete without a bit of good old anti-Semitism. Quote:

Carusone in October also posted anti-Semitic comments about his boyfriend, saying: ?despite his jewry, you KNOW he?s adorable.?

In another post, Carusone claimed that his boyfriend only leaned conservative ?as a result of his possession of several bags of Jewish gold.? End of quote.

Years ago, a homophobic politician was sprung buying gay porn in King?s Cross. He tried to pass it off as ?doing research?. No one bought it. Will anyone buy this guy?s excuse? Quote:

Confronted with his own rhetorical record, Carusone has dismissed it as old news, and claimed that he was actually parodying a ?right-wing blowhard.? At the same time, he has promoted Media Matter?s attempted takedown of Carlson in the press and on social media ? and supported demands that his show be boycotted.

On Sunday and Monday, the left-wing watchdog published audio clips of Carlson calling into the popular radio program ?Bubba the Love Sponge? between 2006 and 2011. Media Matters deemed the remarks ? which denigrated women and Iraqis ? ?misogynistic,? ?perverted,? ?racist,? and ?white nationalist.? End of quote.

Or, just maybe, edgy jokes? In fact, I for one am willing to accept ? to some extent ? Carusone?s excuse that he was joking. It seems hard to credit that someone with a Jewish boyfriend would actually be anti-Semitic, any more than Milo is a white supremacist at the same time he is married to a black man.

No-one should be pilloried and their career destroyed, just because they said some dumb stuff, once. Not Tucker Carlson, not James Gunn, not Angelo Carusone.

But it?s incredibly unlikely that these hypocrites will learn their lesson. It?s always one standard for them, another for everyone else.
