Kristallnacht in Paris

Kristallnacht in Paris?

Will we hear about it in the New?Zealand media?

I doubt it…it’s only a matter of time before boycotts?against Israel become boycotts against Jewish owned businesses….deja?vu anyone.

For the second straight day on Sunday anti-Jewish rioters defied a protest ban in Paris to rampage in the predominantly Jewish suburb of Sarcelles in what one police official called the ?Paris Intifada.?

Hundreds of mostly Arab and North African youths marched through the streets wielding bars and clubs while shouting, ?Death to Israel.?

The neighborhood?s main kosher grocery Naouri was burned to a shell as was a local Jewish owned pharmacy. The nearby synagogue in Garges was firebombed, but little damage was done.

Riot police attempted to disperse protesters and block access to another synagogue in Sarcelles and a few dozen Jewish vigilantes gathered nearby.

Journalists were assaulted and some police officers were injured by the rioters,?France?s Le Figaro reported.

?I live in Garges, near the synagogue, but I?m afraid to go home,? a young woman told the newspaper.? Read more »

Piss off

Islamists protested against Google in Londonistan the other day, upset that they now live in the “age of mockery”. Well if they act like pig’s arses then they deserve to be mocked:

Thousands of Muslims have pledged a series of protests against Google HQ for a “hateful and offensive” anti-Islam video, saying they now live in an “age of mockery”.

A protest by 10,000 Muslims outside the offices of Google in London today is just the first in an orchestrated attempt to force the company to remove an anti-Islamic film from website YouTube in Britain.

Thousands had travelled from as far afield as Glasgow to take part in the demonstration, ahead of a planned million-strong march in Hyde Park in coming weeks.Anger over ‘The Innocence of Muslims’, an American-produced film which insults the Prophet Mohammad and demeans Muslims, according to protesters, remains available to watch on the website YouTube, a subsidiary of Google.

Organiser Masoud Alam said: “Our next protest will be atthe offices of Google and YouTube across the world. We are looking to ban this film.

“This is not freedom of expression, there is a limit for that. This insult of the Prophet will not be allowed.

The group’s next action was a march Mr Alam hoped would be “a million strong” would take place in Hyde Park “in the next few weeks”, he said.

“Until it is banned we will keep protesting,” he added.

Actually it is freedom of expression. They can get stuffed. Fortunately Google and Youtube have told them to sling their hooks.

A YouTube spokesperson said: “We work hard to create a community everyone can enjoy and which also enables people to express different opinions.

“This can be a challenge because what’s OK in one country can be offensive elsewhere. This video – which is widely available on the Web – is clearly within our guidelines and so will stay on YouTube.”

And so the threats:

Self-employed businessman Ahmed Nasar said he was worried the video could lead to violence in Britain in the same way as it had abroad. “If you push people too far,” he said, “You will turn the peaceful elements into violence.”

It’s been a while since we?have?seen Police on horseback riding down rowdies.

Integration issues

I am not against?immigration, after all I am from Fiji, my family is multicultural in and of itself embracing people from Lebanon, Phillipines, Rarotonga and Russia.

There is however an issue when cultures clash and none clash more so than Islam and Western culture. Unfortunately with our liberal ideals together with appeasement and fear of upsetting psychos we have let muslim immigration run amok so to speak. It is now becoming a problem in countries with significant muslim populations, though so not so much here.

In the UK you have islamists complaining about Piglet in Winnie the Pooh, banks forbidden to have piggy banks and of course we had the outrage over a few silly drawings. Likewise in Denmark with the drawings and in Holland islamists have taken to killing opponents including politicians.

Australia is also facing similar issues and a classic case of intolerance, not from the community but from the migrants living in the host country has exploded onto Youtube.

A worker at a KFC restaurant in Sydney has been suspended after he was filmed screaming vicious insults and threatening to attack a customer.

The violent outburst happened at a Halal-friendly KFC in Punchbowl on December 26, allegedly after a customer became angry after being refused bacon on their burger.

The Punchbowl restaurant does not serve bacon or pork in accordance with Islamic law, and one employee can be heard saying “we don’t have bacon” before the other begins yelling.

“Don’t record me bitch!” he screams as he approaches the counter. “Don’t f—ing record me!”

The employee continues to yell and smacks the cash register display on its side, before other workers grab him and lead him outside.

“I’m gonna f—in break your head bro,” he says to the person filming as he is led around the corner out of sight.

A spokesman for KFC Australia told ninemsn the employee had been suspended over the incident and offered counselling.

So someone asking for bacon in a restaurant now calls for staff members to offer to beat their head in? The video doesn’t make for pretty viewing.

Recently in Austria the Turkish?Ambassador?decided to affront the population by telling off Austrians for not accepting Turkish way of life in their own country.

Diplomatic tensions have flared up between Austria and Turkey after the Turkish ambassador in Vienna publically criticized Austria’s stance towards integrating Muslims. The Austrian chancellor is said to be “outraged.”

Austria has protested to Turkey after the Turkish ambassador suggested Turks living in Austria were treated “like a virus” and were denied the chance to integrate.

Ambassdor Kadri Ecved Tezcan also told Die Presse daily newspaper in an interview published on Wednesday that Austrian politicians were not doing enough to counter the rise of the far-right movement.

The row erupted in the wake of elections in the Austrian capital Vienna in October, when the far-right Freedom Party won 26 percent of the vote on a xenophobic and anti-Muslim platform.

Of course the Turkish Ammbassador’s comment are typical of the intolerance of Muslim not used to democracy. They think that political beliefs that are contrary to what they are ordered to believe should be “countered”.

Predictably it sparked an outrage, but the best speech about all of this came from right wing politician Ewald Stadler in the Austrian Parliament. Of course liberal will point to his right wing views but that still doesn’t take away from the points that he raises in his speech. We saw the hypocrisy of Islamists though with the fuss over a few silly drawings and also their own laws in their countries that allow persecution of christians.

It may be plain and tough talking but sometimes these things need to be said. So far in New Zealand we have avoided some of these issues, but we should be mindful of welcoming in peoples who wish to retain a lifestyle that is at odds with what Kiwis have fought wars to defend.

The Standard fess up to Labour party funding

Wonders never cease.

Today the folk at The Standard have announced that they will reveal who they all are and admit to being funded by the Labour Party and EPMU.

Tane, de facto leader and Union activist said “In the interests of transparency we at The Standard will reveal our true identities. We supported the Electoral Finance Act and so it would be the right thing to do to renounce our anonymity and where our funding comes from.”

In other news the anonymous bloggers at Kiwiblogblog have admitted that they have hard to reconcile sexual fantasies about David P. Farrar.

Ickystinky said “It’s hard to admit, but I think it some sort of penis envy, I mean DPF always has stories and pictures about hot chicks he has laid and I can’t even pull my mother”

Nice smack down from The Hive

The Hive: Why Can’t The Left Cope With Rational Debate?

I really like these folk at The Hive. They just delivered a smack-down to Farrar’s stalker blog and at the same time confirmed the rumours that the Stranded is nothing more than a Labour Party funded client-blog run out of the ninth floor.

Anyway kiwiblogblog, The Standard can’t reply because they have sought direction from the 9th floor. The inclination of the PM’s press secretary was to say Maryan Street, but that drew frowns… Therein lies the problem. How can Maryan be at the core of the plot without there being conflicting loyalties??

Yes indeed, it has long been suspected that the Hive were insiders and now they have basically put a name to one of the sponsored and no doubt publicly funded bloggers from the Stranded. It will be interesting to watch them froth and obfuscate to deny all links to the Labour hierarchy despite being caught lyying about their links over and over again.

Up again

TUMEKE! nz blogosphere : Comprehensive New Zealand blogosphere list rankings for political/news blogs based on traffic, links and posts

More bad news for the leftist Labour client-blogs. WOBH has now passed FrogBlog in the Tumeke NZ Blogrankings. Public Address is still clinging to second place largely due to the sycophancy of leftists giving Russell and co heaps of links. Based on Alexa alone Public Address is now way behind WOBH in popularity and slipping daily.

Other movers are;
The Hive, up from 22 to nine, I predict The Hive will soon be in the top five.
Poneke, another media darling, up from 17 to 11.
Auckland Blog, the blog of Cr. Bhatnagar, now into the top twenty.

The right clearly dominates though. One blog that is clearly non-existent despite multiple and excessive punctuation is Whoar. Proof positive that just because you write it, or in Phil’s case scribble/dribble doesn’t mean it reflects on gaining any audience. Certainly ranting against eating animals, the sky falling in, George Bush, War in Iraq, dodgy science dressed up as Climate Change and any other generally socialist rant doesn’t translate into readers.

Oh Thanks, Rick….I think

Silent Running ? Blog Archive ? Stratford High School

Rick Giles has written a letter to Stratford High School. The school has banned blogs from being accessed on school computers. Rick heartily suggests that Silent Running be un-banned and that they focus on more offensive sites, mine included. I think he was being a little cheeky…just wait till I see him again! Oh and Rick? It is Principal.

TO: Principle[sic] of Stratford High School

My blogging team and I are concerned that staff and students at Stratford High are unable to access blogs. Specifically, your IT staff seem to have consciously censored vital New Zealand domestic educational internet content from the range of views avaliable to the Taranaki blog-reading community at your institution.

More deeply, I and my fellow staff are impugned to be charged with the perpetuation of hate-speech and profanity. All IT staff and writers at Silent Running are very cautious and deliberate concerning our tempers.

Silent Running has much to offer instructors in secondary education, and their clients. We cover news stories concerning health, tertiary education issues, environmental observations, party-political activity, television and media phenomena, international conflicts, and geology, to name a few.

Please take heart and instruct your IT professional to sanction access once again to

We are highly esteamed both within New Zealand and overseas. We are ranked in the top 18 New Zealand blogs when it comes to political reporting.

Here is a short list of blogs you might consider banning instead of us: – Whale Oil is shear political pornography which will turn your students into Ferris Bueller disciples. – New Zealand Conservative is a Bible-bashing Catholic blog that will corrupt the young toward worshipping imaginary beings from before time. – Kiwi Blog will encourage children to vote for the National Party, and eat in fancy restaurants – Better ban New Zeal so the students don?t get scared that the kid sitting next to them is a Communist – I advise that ?No Minister? be banned, and not us, because it leads to unhealthy fixation on Helen Clark and how not-good-looking she is – This blog should be banned because then Silent Running would move up a rank in the New Zealand top 18 blogs

Thankyou for sharing my concerns, Warren.

Yours in education,
Rick Giles,
Silent Running

Another outstanding comment

Kiwiblog ? Blog Archive ? Armstrong on Clark Speech

Craig Ranapia is perhaps one of the sharpest wits of the blogosphere. Here is his answer to a commenters question about what National’s hidden agenda is;
Well, we?re going to gather up all the virgins (and cute household pets), hold a mass human sacrifice and welcome our Satan Overlords to their new dominion, as we dance naked in the entrails of poor brown pensioners. Or something. Heck, OGM, get with it ? the great thing about a secret agenda is that if you knew what it was, then it wouldn?t be a secret anymore. And what use is that when you?re trying to scare up a poll point or two?
I think he left out the goat skin leggings and eating babies….come on Craig I thought you were a signed up member of the VRWC?

John Key needs to say this

Kiwiblog ? Blog Archive ? The first score

That?s a good idea, Michaels. Actually, I think John Key should go one step further, and say: ?A government I lead will not blame the previous Labour Government for the issues facing New Zealand, as Labour consistently tries to blame National for events of nine years ago. Instead, we?re going to look ahead and build constructive solutions to today?s problems.?

Take the pinkos out of the discourse entirely.
Yep, I agree, he should say it often and long.
